Payments – How Do I Pay for Services?

You can continue making payments just as you always have. We accept checks, credit card payments through our online portal, autopay options, and prepay plans. Choose the method that works best for you—no changes needed!

What happens if I already prepaid ATO for services?

If you’ve already made a prepayment to ATO, rest assured—your payment will be fully honored and transferred to Green Elements. You’ll continue to receive the services you paid for without interruption.

What systems do you service?

We work on all irrigation systems, from large commercial installations to small garden setups, regardless of brand or age.

What parts do you stock?

We carry hundreds of parts from a wide range of brands to ensure fast, efficient service and reduce the need for return visits. Our vans are usually stocked with hundreds of parts to reduce work time and increase efficiency. Our preferred brand is Rain Bird, known for its quality and reliability.

What does the yearly schedule look like?

January: We email every customer with details for the upcoming year. You can prepay in January for a seasonal discount.
February: Scheduling emails for spring start-ups are sent.
April: Spring start-ups begin. Minor repairs are often handled the same day, with all spring repairs completed by mid-May.
August: We send out emails to begin planning for fall shutdowns.
October: Shutdowns begin to prepare your system for winter.

How do I schedule a startup or shutdown?

You'll receive an email with a web form to choose your preferred week and availability. We then build optimized service routes based on location, availability, and timing. You'll receive a follow-up email with your scheduled day and a time window. A reminder is sent the day before, and our technician will text or call you 30–60 minutes before arrival on the scheduled day.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had several issues with our irrigation system. One zone completely stopped working and a second zone's spray heads were evidencing adequate but lower pressure than previously. A third zone was no longer reaching all the plants in one of our landscape beds at the front of our house because bushes had been planted in front of the spray heads. The bushes had grown to block the spray. A fourth zone was also not being effectively watered because the heads were in front of the bushes in the  bed located on the northside of our house. They were watering the yard instead of the bushes. The yard receives plenty of water because it is on the north side of the house.
We have a semi-retired man who has been turning on and shutting down our system for many years. I told him about our issues. He was not interested in performing the physical labor that required to repair our issues. I went online to find other contractors, found Green Elements and its good reviews, and saw the owner's Christian name also is Brian. So I called him. Brian came out and I went through our issues with him, excluding our fourth issue because I had not already considered doing so. I told Brian that I thought the sprinkler heads in our front bed needed to be re-routed to in front of our bushes. Brian responded that Green Elements could do that, but we could save money simply by extending our spray heads above the bushes. I told Brian about our other contractor. He said that that Green Elements would be happy to turn on and off our system if/when we decided to no longer use our current contractor, but did not even remotely pressure me to use Green Elements. I was sold, and asked Brian to make the necessary corrections.
Shortly thereafter, Kevin from Green Elements called me and said he was on his way. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin, his work ethic and his professionalism. After I activated the spray heads in our front bed, he and I saw that one of the nozzles was not working. Kevin told me the nozzles on either side could be adjusted versus replacing the nozzle, which he did. Kevin also installed the extensions. I told Kevin about my concerns with our fourth zone and asked him whether I needed to replace the heads with heads of a different design. He said no, and promptly adjusted the current nozzles to cover the bushes.
Kevin then worked on the two zones in the back of our house. We could hear that the nozzles were being impinged by the roots of a nearby tree. Kevin excavated the area, which was no easy task, and found one tree root had cut off the zone that was not working and rerouted the supply line. He found that the zone that was working but impinged was the result of the tree's taproot growing over the line. He said he could cut the taproot, but we agreed that would eventually kill the tree, and I did not want to do that. Kevin worked very hard and spent virtually the entire day working on the necessary repairs. Given Kevin's time and effort, and the money his and Brian's advice that resulted in simpler fixes than I anticipated, the amount of the invoice I received from Green Elements is more than reasonable. Shout out to Kevin for his hard work.

Pricing is very reasonable, the owner is smart and personable, and the work was done right. They even took the extra time to teach me a few things about my lawn and sprinkler system while they were out here.
